Coreal Video Studio - Charlotte Woodward

In class, we were set a task to experiment and edit sample video's, exploring the techniques of adding credits to the scenes, changing the lighting and audio etc. This contributed to the development of my work as I learnt many things, such as:
(a) how to add a title before a scene begins (b) how to overlay images and 'paint' which I played around with (c) experimenting with credits to add at the end of the movie (d) how to add effects before and during a scene.
When it comes to the actual editing process of my movie, I feel that I will be at much more of an advantage because of the practicing of experimentation with this software. We also used Coreal Video Studio at the start of the year when editing our preliminary tasks, so we are all very familiar with how it works.

This is the layout of Corel Video Studio:

These pictures above show the process of a task we were first assigned to, to experiment with the programme. It was our decission to come up with a technology company which would sell to customers. As we edited the sample movie that Video Studio provided us with, we then played around with the software and created titles and scene layouts. I chose to do 'Samsung', and created different titles for different scenes, to portray what Samsung offers. This is the sequence going in order.
